Looking for a quick elopement in a charming, twinkly, small town atmosphere? The PWC Circuit Court will be in Occoquan to perform nuptials in front of Town Hall's beautifully lit tree. Ceremonies will last approximately 15 minutes. Pre-booking with the county clerk’s office is required.
