Haunt 2024: Twisted Tales of Terror

October 4 - November 2

Get into the spooky spirit of Halloween at the Workhouse Haunt! Back for our 11th season, we’re bringing even more scares (and laughter) to our popular creepy outdoor walk-through trail. The Curse of the Amethyst: A Murder Mystery in River Mill Park

Occoquan Costume Parade & Contest

Saturday, October 26 at 10am

throughout Occoquan / River Mill Park

Join us for a family-friendly Costume Parade & Contest in historic Occoquan! Occoquan Mayor Earnie Porta will lead a parade of costumed families down Mill Street to River Mill Park, where costume judging will take place. Judging categories include: cutest, scariest, funniest, most original, and family/group. Prizes go to first place winners! Fun fall activities will take place in the park during and after judging.
